Pork Tenderloin


The Firetruck Bar-B-Que Pork Tenderloin, also called pork fillet or Gentleman's Cut, is a long thin cut of pork.  The meat is prepared with a rub made of salt, sugar, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, and turmeric. The tenderloin is then pecan smoked in our USDA regulated kitchen. The tenderloin is vacuum sealed to lock in the pure taste of freshness, frozen and then shipped in a cooler using Nordic Gel Ice Pak.
