Pulled Pork


Firetruck Pulled Pork is prepared by putting a rub made of salt, sugar, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, and turmeric. The meat is then slow pecan smoked for 12 hours in our USDA regulated kitchen. It is then packaged in a vacuum sealed bag and frozen to lock in the great taste. It is shipped in a cooler with using Nordic Gel Ice Pak A Great Bar-B-Que meal for sandwiches.
