Whole Boston Butt


Despite its name, the Boston butt is a cut of meat from the pig's upper part of the shoulder. It is a highly desired piece of meat.  We prepare our Firetruck Bar-B-Que Boston Butt with a rub made of  salt, sugar, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, and turmeric. It is then slow cooked to perfection for 12 hours in our USDA  regulated kitchen. It is vacuum sealed, frozen and shipped in a cooler using Nordic Gel Ice Pak to  keep meat frozen. Perfect for sandwiches at your next get-together!
